Property 5
Property 5 is strategically located along the west bank of the Arkansas River, just southwest of downtown Tulsa. Totaling approximately 42 acres of land, the Property benefits from riverfront views/access, as well as excellent vehicular access from 23rd Street, 25th Street and Jackson Avenue. Located north of the Property, along South Jackson Avenue, Tulsa River Parks draws Tulsans from all directions, offering fishing, rowing and kayaking, among other daily activities. In addition, River Parks hosts sporting events, ticketed concerts, and the popular annual Oktoberfest, which attracts over 60,000 visitors each year.
