Property 4
Property 4 offers investors two contiguous vacant parcels of land facing Tulsa’s new BOK Center. Located immediately across Denver Avenue from the Property, the new BOK Center is an 18,000 seat, 550,000 square foot, multi-purpose arena, scheduled to open in September of 2008.

The BOK Center is the planned home to the Tulsa Oilers ice hockey team and the Tulsa Talons arena football team, and it will also host numerous concerts and family-oriented events. It is projected to hold 150 events per year with an annual anticipated attendance of 750,000.
