Property 2
Property 2 is composed of nine parcels located in Tulsa’s East Village. The Property boasts excellent access from all directions and is within walking distance to downtown office buildings, restaurants and retail.

Available space in the “East Village” is currently lending itself to innovative new projects that include restaurants and loft-style housing. Improvements have also been made in the neighboring areas, including the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame and the announcement of the potential development of the Tulsa Drillers baseball stadium, located between 4th and 6th Streets and between Frankfort and Lansing Avenues. Additionally, the Kaiser Foundation and the Arts & Humanities Council are renovating the Matthews Building where they will showcase recognized national and local artistic talent, provide classroom instruction and host entertainment venues. Also, Griffin Communications has recently announced plans to construct new facilities for its CBS affiliate television station KOTV

The Property includes improved structures totaling approximately 100,246 gross square feet, which have historically been used as office and public space. Opportunities include the re-use of existing improvements or the redevelopment of those parcels entirely.

The City of Tulsa’s vision for Property 2 includes potential entertainment, housing, and/or commercial development.
