Property Overview

The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, is pleased to present five distinguished investment opportunities to qualified buyers. The available properties (hereafter known as “the Properties”) are situated within Tulsa’s historic Central Business District, along the western bank of the Arkansas River in West Tulsa, and just north of the CBD along US-75. All of the Properties offer future owners the possibility of benefiting from an advancing real estate market and the vibrancy of the Tulsa metropolitan area.
